Please read below for the new late + cancellation policy ❌ NO BOOKING DEPOSIT REQUIRED ❌ ACTIVE DEBIT/CREDIT Card on file required to book an appointment. If you use a gift card you will automatically be BANNED from ever booking with me ❌ If you NO SHOW / NO CALL your appointment the card on file will be charged 100% of the service cost. Confirmation text are sent out MULTIPLE TIMES (NO EXCEPTIONS) ❌ If you need to reschedule your appointment it MUST be done 24 hours or BEFORE your scheduled appointment time. Anything canceled within the 24 hour window will be subjected to a 75% charge of the service cost to the card on file (NO EXCEPTIONS) ❌ IF YOU LOCK YOUR CARD TO PREVENT CANCELLATION FEES FROM GOING THROUGH YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO SEND CANCELLATION FEE, AFTER 48 HOURS AND NON PAYMENT YOU ARE BANNED FROM BOOKING WITH ME. ❌ 15 minute late grace period (NO EXCEPTIONS) after 15 minutes of being late your appointment will be cancelled and the card on file will be charged for 75% of the full service total.
